Police were able to identify him and said they spotted a "huge bulge in the front pocket of his hoodie" and the barrel of a handgun sticking out of the side pocket, and when an officer grabbed the front of the pocket he said "the rest of the firearm fell out of the side." Police said he didn't stir when they relieved him of the gun, nor did he stir after they made "multiple attempts (to) wake him and perform sternum rubs." After police administered Narcan he told them he "was unaware of what happened to him and stated he might have fallen ..."
