THUMBNAIL ALESSI

NAMED: Former Steubenville resident Ken Alessi has been named chairman of the board for Materials Transportation Co. in Temple, Texas. Alessi also serves as the company’s CEO and president and has been with MTC since 2016.

MTC manufactures custom metal products and serves customers worldwide in the food processing and warehouse distribution sectors.

Alessi is a 1971 graduate of Catholic Central High School. He holds a BBA degree from Ohio University and a MBA from West Virginia University.

JOINS CEDAR ONE: Taylor Baugh-McIntire has joned the staff at Cedar One Realty. She is a dedicated real estate professional serving clients throughout Ohio and West Virginia. A resident of Belmont, she lives with her husband, Trent, and their two daughters, Amelia (7) and Lettie (5.)

A graduate of St. Clairsville High School, Bauch-McIntire obtained her real estate license through the Hondros & Cooke School of Real Estate in 2021. Since entering the industry, she has built a reputation throughout the Ohio Valley for her dedication, strong negotiation skills, and innovative marketing strategies.

Licensed in Ohio and West Virginia, Taylor has experience in residential, commercial, leasing and creative financing transactions.

She has consistently ranked among top-performing agents for multiple quarters and has earned three Presidential Sales Club Awards. She was voted among the Top Three Realtors in the Ohio Valley in The Intelligencer’s Best of the Ohio Valley.

Outside of real estate, Baugh-McIntire owns and operates the Groom Room and spends much of her free time tending to her farm, which includes chickens, ducks, quail, turkeys, geese, emus and pigs.

A graduate of Indian Creek High School, she earned her real estate education through Hondros College and obtained her Ohio real estate license in 2026.
