A West Virginia man is facing a vehicular homicide charge in connection to a crash that led to the death of a motorcyclist in Cecil Township in October. William Erwin Johnston, 93, of Wellsburg, W.Va., allegedly struck and killed John Charles Dinsmore, 67, of McDonald, Oct. 6 in the 3000 block of Millers Run Road in Cecil Township. Johnston is also being charged with improperly crossing the center line and making an unsafe lane change. Johnston was arraigned Friday before Magisterial District Judge Louis McQuillan.
