JOINS SALES TEAM: Nancy Felton has joined the sales team at Howard Hanna Mortimer Realty, broker Anthony J. Viola II has announced.
Felton graduated from the Spruce School of Real Estate and has a background of marketing with Orr Associates, located in Washington D.C., where she traveled throughout the United States with Women of Faith. She also worked as a community liaison with Capital Health Care Network and was instrumental in organizing and chairing Capital Health's annual golf outing, which has donated more than $60,000 to the Alzheimer's Association.
Felton has served as an ambassador for the Steubenville Chamber of Commerce and was a board member of the Ohio Valley Kiwanis Association.

PROMOTED: Gabriella "Gabby" Stanek of Unified Bank has been promoted to retail banking manager. officials have announced.
Originally from Cleveland, Gabriella has served as a customer service supervisor with Unified's Dellroy Banking Center for the past five years. A graduate of Kent State Tuscarawas with a bachelor's in business administration and management, Stanek's new position will allow her to facilitate mortgage and home loans, in addition to auto and personal loans. Stanek's new promotion will expand her service areas, which include Dellroy, Sherrodsville and Jewett.
Stanek considers herself a "Lake Girl."
"The lakes get into your system, and you find everything you do has something to do with the water," said Stanek. "I've always enjoyed helping people get the car, recreational vehicle or boat of their dreams, and now I'll get to help folks secure financing for their dream homes, on or off the lake."
