Science teacher Michael Minor and 22 STEM students from Indian Creek Middle School toured the Cardinal Power Plant in Brilliant on Sept. 30 to learn about the coal power operation and career opportunities at the facility. Minor said this was their first visit to the plant and he always looks for interesting experiences for students, but COVID had hampered plans in recent years.
