Coleman Health Services moves to a new location

STEUBENVILLE — Coleman Health Services has moved from 3200 Johnson Road on the Trinity Medical Center West campus to the nearby 3150 Johnson Road.

The new location, in the St. John Professional Building is owned by the Jefferson County Prevention and Recovery Board. It is well suited for clients and staff.

Coleman Health Services provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare for adults, adolescents, children and families in Jefferson County. Coleman’s services at Gill House and Beacon House near downtown remain unchanged.

“We are thrilled to partner with the Jefferson County Prevention and Recovery Board to provide better accessibility for our clients,” Andrea Dominick, Coleman’s chief officer, said. “Parking is right in front of the building. Clients and staff no longer need to vie for spots with patients at Trinity West or walk long distances to their cars.”

When asked how the new location would be beneficial to clients, Dominick responded, “The updated interior and overall esthetics are much more appealing for our clients receiving behavioral health services.”

In addition to counseling, case management and psychiatry services, Coleman provides 24/7 crisis intervention and stabilization, same-day evaluation and diagnostic assessment for persons of all ages. Coleman also provides specific services for adolescents and children including mobile response and stabilization services.

Coleman is a nonprofit and has the support of the Jefferson County Prevention and Recovery Board. Coleman accepts Medicaid and will work with individuals and families who are uninsured.
