Ollie Burton and Avery Lucas, seniors in the cosmetology program at Jefferson County Joint Vocational School, are now certified after passing their Ohio State Board of Cosmetology license exams in Columbus on April 6. They plan to continue their careers in the field upon graduation. Lucas, a student at Indian Creek High School, is employed at Legal Hair and Day Spa in Steubenville.
