ASSOCIATE BROKER: Evan Cuomo has been named the newest associate broker at Cedar One Realty. He is a licensed Ohio Realtor and West Virginia associate broker working out of the Cedar One Weirton Office.

Cuomo has been a lifelong resident of Brooke County, where he has gained two years of experience in the real estate field. He worked as a leasing specialist for Orecchio Properties LLC remodeling rental units, at Core Spaces in Morgantown and Cedar One Realty as an intern.

Recently, he started his own business, Gold Mountain Properties LLC, which provides housing and commercial rentals in West Virginia.

He graduated from West Virginia University in 2022 with a degree in finance.

In his free time, Cuomo’s hobbies include golfing, hanging out with friends, watching the Steelers and learning about real estate.

“I would love to help you sell your home, buy a new one, or help you get involved investing in real estate with proven successful strategies,” he said.
