JOIN CEDAR ONE: Stephanie Schott and Ciera Youschak have joined Cedar One Realty as real estate agents.

Schott, a Harrison County resident, says she enjoys working on her family farm, attended the Vet Tech Institute of Bradford and received an associate degree in applied science after high school.

She worked for 11 years as a veterinary technician before deciding to begin a career in real estate and earning her license from the College of Hondros. Schott said she was excited to assist customers who are looking to buy or sell property and was to make the experience smooth and enjoyable.

She can be reached at the Carrollton office location on her cell at (740)491-3063 or by e-mail at sschott@cedaronerealty.com.

Youschak, a 2021 graduate of Robert Morris University with a bachelor of arts degree in marketing, said she always has spent time driving around looking at homes and searching online and decided she wanted to make a fun hobby into her passion and career. She spends her time outside of the office at the gym, with her family or with her dogs, Tito and Reggie.

Real estate, Youschak said, is an industry that touches everyone at some time in their lives. Her goal, she added, is to make sure each client walks away knowledgeable, confident and trusting of the purchasing process.

Licensed in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, Youschak will be working out of the Weirton location and can be reached on her cell phone at (412) 651-5300 or at cyouschak@cedaronerealty.com.
