NEW AGENT: Raoul van der Pool is the newest agent at Cedar One Realty. He moved to Wintersville from Gouda in the Netherlands in 2017 and settled in Weirton in 2021.

Fluent in English and Dutch, van der Pool is dedicated to fitness –he said he hits the gym at 6 a.m. each day. He says he enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife and four stepchildren, with a baby girl on the way. He said his background allows him to understand the emotions and complexities of relocating.

NEW ASSOCIATE: Jenna

Maine has joined Century 21 Greathouse Realty as a sales associate specializing in residential and commercial property sales in Hancock and Brooke counties.

Maine recently completed training and licensing through Spruce School of Real Estate in Charleston. The program consists of a 90-hour course study in the principles of real estate. She is a third-grade teacher at Weirton Elementary School and a member of Crossroads Church in Weirton.
