Administrative nursing team brings wealth of experience

BARNESVILLE — The Nursing Administration Team at WVU Medicine Barnesville Hospital and Harrison Community Hospital has a combined total of 105 years of experience in the nursing field.

Susan Redish, nursing director for both hospitals, is a registered nurse with more than 25 years of experience in health care, including emergency, medical-surgical, critical care and emergency preparedness. She has been in her role at HCH for two years and her BH role for six months. She resides in Hopedale with her husband and three sons.

Allicia Wade, nurse manager of the Barnesville Hospital emergency department, is a registered nurse with more than 22 years of experience as a nursing assistant, ED nurse, mobile critical care nurse, certified flight registered nurse, paramedic and nurse manager. She has been in her role for a little more than a year. Wade resides in Glen Dale, W.Va., with her husband and three children.

Melissa Phillips, inpatient nurse manager at Barnesville Hospital, is a registered nurse with more than 18 years of experience in the emergency department, urgent care, primary care, home health, surgical oncology, prison and medical-surgical units. She has been in her role for almost a year. Phillips resides in Barnesville with her husband and two daughters.

Stacy Clark, operating room/outpatient manager for both hospitals, is a registered nurse with more than 22 years of experience as a medical surgical nurse, ER nurse, primary care nurse, and house supervisor. She has been in her current role for eight months. Clark resides in Bethesda with her husband and has twin grandchildren.

Nicole Ourant, emergency room/medical-surgical nurse manager, is a registered nurse with more than 18 years of experience as a patient care technician, unit clerk manager, clinical data coordinator and house supervisor. She has been in her role for nine months. Ourant resides in Freeport with her husband and two daughters.
