Communicycle, a Tri-State Area nonprofit based in Aliquippa, Pa., presented a bicycle giveaway event at Clarke Field playground in Newell, hosted by Hancock County Savings Bank, Six Recycling and the Newell Community Improvement Coalition. This was their second such giveaway in Hancock County, with the first earlier this summer in Chester. In all, 250 donated bikes have been presented to children and adults of all ages, from many surrounding towns, for recreation and transportation purposes.
