RETIREMENT: Cindy Freshwater, a longtime area real estate professional, is retiring, Cedar One Realty has announced. An Ohio licensed Realtor and West Virginia licensed salesperson, Freshwater earned her Ohio license on Nov. 13, 2003, her West Virginia license in November 2005 and has been with Cedar One since Jan. 31, 2017.

During her career, she was a Million Dollar Producer; a recipient of the Silver Award in 2011 and Ruby Award in 2012, 2013 and 2014; and earned Presidents Club status from the Ohio Association of Realtors in several years.

Taking over her business will be her daughter, Mary Beth Freshwater, Cedar One said. She has been serving clients in West Virginia since November 2014 and Ohio clients since Jan. 30, 2017.
