ACQUISITION: Ergon Inc. has purchased EnLink Midstream – Ohio River Valley Operations, which will now operate as Ergon Midstream LLC.

The transaction became effective Wednesday.

EnLink Midstream – ORV has provided crude and condensate midstream services to Ergon, including to Ergon’s existing terminal network as part of crude deliveries to Ergon’s refinery in Newell. The acquisition will allow Ergon to expand its midstream services to further meet the needs of current and future customers in the Ohio River Valley and Appalachian region, according to company officials.
