LEADERSHIP POSITION: James Lash has accepted a leadership position at Cedar One Realty’s Wintersville Office location.

Lash, a successful Realtor and auctioneer, started his career as an intern at Cedar One Realty in 2017. Born and raised in Mingo Junction, James graduated from Indian Creek High School in 2015. He attended Eastern Gateway Community College for an associate of arts.

While studying for a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Franklin University, Lash decided to pursue a career in real estate, and obtained his broker’s license this year.

Lash enjoys fishing, traveling, cars and shooting. He said he is committed to providing his clients with the best possible service and helping them achieve their real estate goals.

ACCEPTS POSITION: Evan Cuomo is the newest member of the Cedar One Realty family at the Weirton office.

A lifelong resident of Brooke County who has several years of experience in real estate, Cuomo is a licensed Realtor in Ohio, a West Virginia real estate salesperson and associate broker.

He worked as a leasing specialist for Orecchio Properties LLC, remodeling rental units, Core Spaces in Morgantown and Cedar One as an intern.

Cuomo has started his own business, Gold Mountain Properties LLC, which provides housing and commercial rentals in West Virginia. He has a degree in finance from West Virginia University.

His hobbies include golfing, hanging out with friends watching the Steelers, and learning about real estate.

“I would love to help you sell your home, buy a new one, or help you get involved investing in real estate with proven successful strategies,” he said.

PROMOTION: Kirsten McAllister has been named the new compliance and training officer at Cedar One Realty.

She joined Cedar One in 2021, assuming roles as a real estate administrator and team lead. Her commitment to excellence led her to acquire her Ohio real estate license this year. Residing in Steubenville with her husband and daughter, McAllister brings passion and skill to every aspect of her work in the real estate industry.
