RECOGNIZED: John A. DuBois, CEO of Illumination Financial Group LLC in Steubenville, has once again been selected as a MDRT Top of the Table winner. This award is the highest achievable level as a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a global independent association of more than 66,000 of the world’s leading life insurance and financial services professionals.

This award places DuBois in the top 10 percent of the financial services industry. His wealth management strategies, client education efforts and financial planning services for retirees has merited him MDRT qualification numerous times in his 36-year career. His firm focuses on retirement transition planning, wealth building and legacy succession planning.

JOINS STAFF: Brandon Pastor, a St. Clairsville-based real estate professional and entrepreneur, is the newest Realtor to join Cedar One Realty.

A father of three–Tyson, Griffin, and Hudson–Pastor has deep roots in the community. He graduated from Buckeye Local High School before earning a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Ohio University. Pastor obtained his license from Hondros College and has built a successful career as a real estate investor, owning multiple rental properties.

In addition to his real estate ventures, he is the owner of the Thicket Venue, a wedding and event center in St. Clairsville.

Pastor has been a licensed real estate agent since 2021 and was honored to achieve membership in the 2023 Ohio REALTORS President’s Sales Club, reflecting his commitment to excellence in the industry.
