BEECH BOTTOM — Carenbauer Distributing, a Wheeling-based family-owned beer and beverage distributor since 1946, recently announced its acquisition of Waldorf Distributing, a well-established distributor serving Brooke and Hancock counties.

Waldorf Distributing will be rebranded as Carenbauer Distributing North, LLC.

This acquisition marks a significant expansion of Carenbauer Distributing’s presence in the northern region of West Virginia. With the addition of Carenbauer North, the company will be able to serve more customers, increase operational efficiencies, and continue delivering the highest quality brews, including Anheuser-Busch, Yuengling, West Virginia brands, and imported beer to local communities.
