Foster Funeral Home of Toronto presented gift cards to the winners of the funeral home’s annual Color Your Spring contest, for which Toronto Elementary School pupils in grades K-5 were invited to create a spring scene. The entry of grand prize winner Mara Keenan, a fifth-grader, will appear on the billboard at the Franklin Avenue Extension through this month.
