CHANGES: The Cedar One Group has announced a series of staffing changes in its efforts to serve the needs of area customers.

Ryan Gorman is a licensed West Virginia Real Estate Agent working out of the Cedar One Weirton office, specializing in both residential and commercial properties. He has a background in business and sports management, and is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a degree in sports management and a minor in entrepreneurship. He currently is pursuing an MBA at the Franciscan University of Steubenville.

Beyond real estate, Gorman has worked at several high-level sporting events, including the Super Bowl, the Masters, and the Kentucky Derby, developing connections and honing his client service skills.

Coleena Groch is Cedar One’s new real estate administrative coordinator.

She brings valuable experience to the role and is licensed as a real estate agent in both Ohio and West Virginia. While she will not be actively selling, her expertise and skills will provide exceptional support to agents.

In addition, Shannon Hooper has been named as the new team lead and realtor admininstrator for the Cedar One office in Calcutta.
