JOINS STAFF: Kathy Osovich is the latest Realtor to join the staff at Cedar One Realty.
A resident of St. Clairsville, she brings 30 years of experience to the position. She and her husband of 41 years, Mike, are the parents of two daughters.
As a full-time agent with Cedar One Realty, licensed in Ohio and West Virginia, she brings a comprehensive understanding of all areas of real estate, including residential, commercial, land and investment properties. Her expertise in relocation, financing, marketing, and assisting first-time homebuyers allows her to provide a well-rounded and knowledgeable approach to every transaction, she explained.
She has been recognized as a Realtor of the Year and in the President’s Club with the Belmont County Board of Realtors Osovich said she is proud to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all clients, including those from the LGBTQ+ community and other underrepresented groups.
She added she believes in embracing diversity and treating everyone with respect and understanding, ensuring that each client feels valued throughout their real estate journey.

WINS AWARD: Terry McLane, a former resident of Steubenville and Wheeling, was named 2025 Administrator of the Year at the inaugural meeting of the North Carolina and South Carolina Medical Group Managers Association during its spring conference May 22 in Wilmington, N.C.
He was selected from administrators and CEOs in medical practices in both states. AS CEO, McLane has led the Family Health Centers — a large, independent primary care group in greater Asheville, N.C. — for the last 18-plus years. McLane was a key catalyst in the creation of a primary care IPA in western North Carolina and served as the executive director for nine years.
He was secretary and board member of the Pisgah Network, LLC, an affiliation of five primary care practices with more than 200 providers. He is the longtime president of the Western North Carolina Medical Group Managers Association, having served on the board for the last 16 years.
A graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School, McLane earned a master’s of fine arts in piano performance from Carnegie Mellon University and studied with world-renowned concert pianist, Jorge Bolet in New York City. He returned to graduate school and obtained an MBA from Wheeling Jesuit College.
