JOINS OWNERSHIP: Evan Cuomo is joining the ownership of Cedar One Property Management and Steel Valley Contracting and Maintenance.

He has been serving as a West Virginia associate broker and Ohio Realtor with Cedar One Realty in West Virginia and Ohio for the past six years, being involved in more than 500 transactions and more than $75 million in real estate sales. In addition, he owns Cuomo Rentals and Cuomo Commercial, which encompasses residential properties and commercial plazas throughout the valley.

During the last two years, Evan has also held the roles of vice president of commercial for Cedar One Realty and managing broker of the Cedar One Realty Weirton office.

In his new ownership role, he looks forward to continuing the growth of the company across the tri-state area and contributing to the ongoing advancement of the valley.

PROJECT MANAGER: Kevin Sweeney has joined the Steel Valley Contracting and Maintenance team as the project manager. He brings a wealth of construction experience to the team, officials said.

Sweeney will be supporting the construction side and working with property management to manage the mid-large rent ready projects. He will be instrumental in helping to bring efficient processes together and in growing the Steel Valley business, company officials explained.
