LUKE CLAY

JOINS CEDAR ONE: Luke Clay has been serving buyers and sellers since earning his real estate license in 2018 through Hondros College. A resident of Richmond, Clay believes in the value of community, hard work and building lasting relationships — qualities that shape the way he serves his clients every day.

A graduate of Carrollton High School and Kent State University, he brings local knowledge with strong communication and negotiation skills to help clients navigate the real estate process with confidence. Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families or sellers ready for their next chapter, he is committed to making each transaction smooth, informed, and successful.

When he’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaitlyn, and their two dogs, Benji and Kilo. He’s an avid sports fan and outdoor enthusiast.
