Abundant Grace Bible Church
WEIRTON — Abundant Grace Bible Church, 3900 Brightway St., Weirton, will host Vacation Bible School from 10 a.m. to noon on July 8-11.
“Roar Vacation Bible School: Life is Wild, God is Good!” is the theme of the event for children in kindgergarten through sixth grade.

Colliers United Methodist
COLLIERS — The Colliers United Methodist Church, located at 318 Pennsylvania Ave., Colliers, invites children and youth from preschool through middle school to attend its Vacation Bible School, which will be held Monday through Friday.
The weeklong event begins each evening with a free dinner at 5:20 p.m. and then extends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The theme for the week is “Roar: Life Is Wild, God Is Good.” Dana Stoll is the church’s children’s director and event director.
The nightly program includes recreation, crafts, video, music and Bible stories. The week will conclude with a program for the parents at 7 p.m. on Friday.

Paris Presbyterian Church
BURGETTSTOWN — Paris Presbyterian Church, located at 127 Steubenville Pike, Burgettstown, will be offering Vacation Bible School from June 24-28. It runs from 8:45 a.m. to noon and is for children in prekindergarten (potty trained) through grade six. This year’s theme is “To Mars and Beyond.”
Richmond United Methodist
RICHMOND — “Farm Fresh Faith” will be the theme of Vacation Bible School to be held from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Richmond United Methodist Church, 112 S. Sugar St., Richmond.
It is for preschool ages 3 and 4 through sixth grade.

St. Joseph the Worker
WEIRTON — Children are invited to “Roar Vacation Bible School: Life is Wild, God is Good” from July 15-18 at St. Joseph the Worker Grade School and Madonna High School.
It is open to children in pre-kindergarten through grade six and will run daily from 9 a.m. to noon. For information, call (304) 723-2054.
A spokesperson explained children “will discover that God is good even when life gets wild.” The VBS will include Bible-learning activities, music, teamwork-building games, make-and-devour treats, “wild Bible adventures,” Bible memory buddies and “sciency-fun gizmos” to take home and play with all summer.
Children will learn “to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God sightings.” Each day concludes with “the safari celebration,” with family members and friends encouraged to participate.
Children attending Roar VBS also will participate in the Connecting Kids to Justice outreach project to help provide safe and drinkable water for those in need.
Sycamore Tree Church
FOLLANSBEE — Sycamore Tree Church, located at 2854 Eldersville Road, Follansbee, will host “Backstage with the Bible” o Monday through Friday.
“Every evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p,m., they’ll have concert lighting and fog with music by The Go Fish Guys,” a spokesperson noted. The Vacation Bible School will include songs, dancing, crafts, Bible lessons and a light snack. It is for children ages 4 through grade six.

Weirton Heights Church of Christ
WEIRTON — Weirton Heights Church of Christ will host a Vacation Bible School June 24th-28th from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on June 24-28 at the church building located at 3169 Pennsylvania Ave.
It will include Bible lessons, skits, songs, social time and refreshments and a picnic.
