Representatives of Eastern Gateway Community College who were on hand at First Fridays on Fourth in downtown Steubenville to promote the upcoming Rock 'n Enroll were, from left, Cristen Tarquinio, recruiter; Tiffany Frohnapfel, enrollment specialist; and Leanna Lulla, career development coordinator. The Steubenville campus on Sunset Boulevard will host an outdoor Rock n' Enroll from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, an opportunity to apply or finish enrolling for the fall semester. The event will feature food trucks, games, prizes, a tie dye station and live music. Those who apply that day or refer a student will be entered into a drawing for additional prizes.
