STEUBENVILLE -- The Rev. Vaughn A. Foster Sr., founder of Relationship Builders Inc., is anticipating that a Valentine's Day event he is organizing will be even better this year.
The Steubenville man launched the nonprofit organization Relationship Builders Inc. several years ago to help individuals, couples, ministries and businesses with building and rebuilding relationships.
In line with that, Foster is turning attention toward helping couples as he prepares for "Romance and Relationship Married Couples Dinner III."
The event will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Feb. 14 at Froehlich's Classic Corner, located at 501 Washington St., Steubenville. The cost is $65 per couple.
To register, couples should Facebook message or e-mail their names to admin@relationship-builders.com. "We do not want to turn away couples who cannot afford an evening out," Foster noted. "If you need a little help, contact us and let us know."
Registered guests are asked to pay by Feb. 7 via mail to P.O. Box 171, Steubenville, OH 43952 or via donation links on the website (www.relationship-builders.com) or the Facebook page.

Monetary and other donations are welcomed and appreciated, according to Foster.
"Of the many things that can build or tear down a marriage, time is one of the greatest," Foster noted. "A few hours away with your spouse can be an investment of a lifetime that revives your relationship and rekindles your romance."
He added, "For two years, we ate, we laughed, we learned, and we gave away hundreds of dollars in door prizes. This year we are expecting the event to be even better."
Foster and his wife, Lisa, will be the presenters with special music provided by Wayne and Cynthia Lytle.
Foster has three ministry degrees and has counseled with individuals and couples for more than 25 years. He has served as a senior pastor for more than 15 years and also has worked in corporate and educational settings throughout his career. A husband, father and author, Foster has spent the greater part of his life "helping people to understand their place in the world and to build and maintain healthy relationships."
