STEUBENVILLE -- The Prime Time Center, located at 300 Lovers Lane, Steubenville, will hold its annual Valentine party on Feb. 14.
Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. for the event. A sit-down lunch "will be quietly served at 11 a.m. during the program," according to the February newsletter.
From then until noon, there will be a piano performance featuring all-time favorite songs.
Socializing and dancing to music by DJ Dean will follow, continuing until 2 p.m.

The menu will include chicken kiev, rice pilaf, green beans, coleslaw and desserts.
