WMC Auxiliary cancels sale
WEIRTON -- The Weirton Medical Center Auxiliary has announced that, because of the COVID-19 pandemic precautions in place, the $5 Masquerade jewelry sale scheduled for Sept. 16-17 has been canceled.

Library book club to meet
WELLSBURG -- The Brooke County Public Library meet at 5 p.m. Sept. 24 to review "Night at the Fiestas: Stories by Kirstin Valdez Quade," which can be accessed online at https://wvreads.overdrive.com or by calling (304) 737-1551 ext. 103.
The group will meet in person. While no more than nine may gather together, based on current public health recommendations, others may participate virtually. Call the above number to learn how.
