Raven Shannon was crowned Jefferson County Joint Vocational School’s 2020 Homecoming queen on Oct. 16 following a flower selection ceremony. Shannon, a student in the criminal justice program, is the daughter of Terry and Connie Shannon of Bergholz and a senior at Edison High School. Seth Baker, son of Melissa Baker of Steubenville and a senior culinary arts student from Steubenville High School, was crowned king. Activities are being held at the school for Homecoming/Spirit Week this weekwith a Halloween door-decorating contest, drawings based on positive behavior and themed dress-up days including pajamas, favorite bands and Halloween costumes.
