At its Quaker Day festivities on Sept. 26, the Richmond Community Historical Society acknowledged longtime historical society member Betty Hout, seated, and oldest citizen of the village, having turned 100 on Sept. 12. Hout was presented an acrylic portrait painting done by Gina Judy.
