ST. CLAIRSVILLE -- The following local students have been named to Ohio University dean's list while attending classes at the Eastern Campus for the fall semester ending Dec. 12.
Students earn their place on the dean's list by completing at least 15 credit hours during the semester, 12 of which must be hours attempted for letter grades, with a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Adena: Jerrika Gilbert, Halie Marshall and Karleigh McCardle.
Bergholz: Victoria Crow.
Cadiz: Nick Coffland, Lyndsey Hennis, Jordan Murphy, Bailie Ray, Mark Smith and Makayla Turkal.

Duquesne University
Veronica Phillipson of Wintersville has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2020 semester at Duquesne University, Pittsburgh. She also was recognized for academic achievement from the Center for Student Involvement and the Sophomore Year Experience. She has attained a 3.5 GPA for all three semesters at Duquesne.
