STEUBENVILLE -- Register for a COVID-19 vaccine at the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County.
"If you're eligible to register for the vaccine, but don't have a computer or the Internet, visit the library for free access," explained Jennifer Cesta, the library system's public relations coordinator.
Programs planned at the library's various locations include:

Children: From Feb. 15-19, stop in the library for a take-home craft which will be available while supplies last. The kits are for ages 3-12 and may require glue and scissors. A child must be present at the time of pickup.

Book club will meet virtually on Feb. 23 at 6:30 p.m. "This book of choice is yours this month," Cesta noted. "Select a book, read it and tell others about it during the online meeting."
