Low-cost spay-neuter clinic set
STEUBENVILLE -- The Brooke County Animal Welfare League will host the next Roaming Animal Sterilization Clinic at Low Cost on April 10 and 11 at the American Legion Post 33 at 808 N. Fifth St.
Any interested pet owners should call (304) 374-4443 as appointments are limited and required. No walk-ins will be accepted. Appointments are not limited to Brooke County residents.
Romantic comedy now showing
WELLSBURG -- The Brooke County Public Library will show the PG-13 rated romantic comedy, "Love, Weddings & Other Disasters" at noon March 19.

Library has craft activities
STEUBENVILLE -- The Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County has announced the following craft activities planned for children at several locations.

Children: Stop in the library anytime on March 17 to pick up a St. Patrick's Day take-home craft.

Children: School-age children can visit the library on March 16 to pick up a take-home craft to make a birdhouse. The birdhouse is already assembled and will need to be painted. Paints, however, will not be supplied by the library.
Book club to meet March 25
WELLSBURG -- The Brooke County Public Library's Book Club, open to the public, will meet both in person and virtually at 5 p.m. March 25 to discuss Alice Hoffman's "The Dovekeepers: A Novel."
