As a November service project, members of the GFWC Wintersville Woman's Club, including, from left, Mary Beth Allan, Aimee Jaros, Claudia Dorich, Iris Craig and Marjean Sizemore, received donations from the community during a drive-through collection held Nov. 13 in the parking lot of Wintersville United Methodist Church. Members filled their trunks as area residents brought a number of items, including fleece blankets for dialysis patients; nonperishable food items, teen bags and gifts for children for distribution by Wintersville Good Neighbors; and donations of gently used clothing, small containers of personal hygiene items and suitcases for the ALIVE Shelter that helps victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
