10th-annual live nativity

set for Sunday at Starkdale

STEUBENVILLE -- The 10th-annual live nativity at Starkdale Presbyterian Church, 4600 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, will unfold Sunday with six presentations repeated every half hour starting at 5 p.m. with the final one beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The live nativity is an indoor/outdoor production about the birth of Jesus, followed by an opportunity to pet the animals, meet the cast and enjoy refreshments in the fellowship hall, according to a church spokesperson.

The Rev. Carl Moore, Starkdale's pastor, will be on hand to welcome and visit with guests in the fellowship hall.

"This is one of the church's ways of sharing the gift of Jesus Christ with the community during the Christmas season," the spokesperson added.
