STEUBENVILLE -- Whether you are a beginning or experienced producer -- or somewhere in between -- there is something for everyone at the Jefferson and Harrison Cattle Management School, according to Erika Lyon, agriculture and natural resources educator, Ohio State University Extension Jefferson and Harrison counties
This year's cattle school will consist of three Zoom sessions, each running from 7 p.m. to 9 pm.
"The school will be a great opportunity to learn about the latest in production and management for producers in the Tri-State Area," Lyon noted.
"The cattle management school this year will cover sessions on bloodborne pathogens, biosecurity, apps for producers and even an advanced class on forage genetics," Lyon explained.
There is no cost to attend the Zoom webinars, but pre-registration is required.
