STEUBENVILLE — With curbside service in effect for the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County until further notice, that means no in-person visits, but there’s still access to items.

Patrons can order their items and call from the library parking lot when they arrive to pick up their selections. The library assistant places their items in a bin with their name on it outside, then patrons can get the items out of the bin.

While the library can’t do in-person programming at this time, it is still offering Grab-and-Go programs upon request.
