A pre-order-only Greek bake and Pastichio sale is under way by the AllSaints Ladies Greek Orthodox Philoptochos Society of Weirton. Once again, they are selling Greek koulourakia (twist cookies) and braided sweet Greek Easter bread. New this year is the addition of frozen Pastichio, commonly known as "Greek Lasagna," with instructions for baking and perfect for the holiday meal, according to a church spokesperson. "Pastichio is a gourmet pasta with a layer of ground beef topped with a creamy Bachemel white cheese sauce. Interested individuals may pre-order through April 1 or until sold out. Orders may be placed on line at www.allstswwv.org or by calling the All Saints office at (304) 797-9884 Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All orders may be picked up on April 14 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the All Saints Hellenic Memorial Hall on West Street in Weirton.
