Mary Kay Olashuk of the Weirton Kiwanis Club and Eric Fithyan of the Wellsburg Kiwanis Club attended the Capital District Mid-Year Conference held March 4-6 in Williamsburg, Va. Fithyan is the immediate past governor of the W.Va. District, and Olashuk is the lieutenant governor-elect of Division 18 of the Capital District of Kiwanis International. The W.Va. District merged Oct. 1, 2021, with the Capital District, which already included Washington, D.C., Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.
