Members of Bethany Memorial Church will hold a lasagna dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday to raise funds for refugees of war-torn Ukraine. The church is part of the Christian Church-Disciples of Christ, whose overseas ministries division has partnered with groups providing shelter and other support to Ukrainian refugees in Romania, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia as well as their homeland. The dinner will include meat or vegetarian lasagna, salad, bread and Ukranian desserts. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for Bethany College students and children under 12. There will be a 50-50 drawing and drawings for gift baskets.
