Cadiz Women's Golf League
On May 18, the play of the day for the Cadiz Women's Golf League was "throw out your highest score on the front and on the back nine."
Hostesses were Carol Lepic and Kathy Smith. The winners were: A flight, Janis Cook; B flight, Laura Daily; and C flight, Patty Stewart. Donna Griffin and Laura Daily had birdies, and Laura Daily and Diane Berardinelli each had a chip-in. Janis Cook and Donna Griffin tied for lowest putts while Sherry Sapon and Glenda Sensel tied for second.
The next play of the day was to be "plant your flag at 72 + handicap." Carole Patton and Judy Crawshaw were to be hostesses.
Spring Hills Ladies Golf League
Spring Hills Ladies Golf League played a weekly game of low net on May 19.
Winners were: A flight, Yuko Atwell; B flight, Neysa McCart; and C flight, Linda Caputo.
Long Drive: A flight, Cindy Vidas; B flight, Tammy Koutsky; and C flight, Tammy Cox.
Closest to the pin: A flight, Terry Barkley; and B flight, Mary DiMichele.
Yuko Atwell had a chip-in, and Tammy Cox won the 50/50 drawing.
Town and Country Golf
Town and Country Golf had "Medal Play with Mulligan" on May 19.
Gross winners were: A flight, Laura Froehlich; B flight, Pat Zorne; and C flight, Shirley Guida. Net winners were: A flight, Veronica Foldi; B flight, Debbie Hendricks; and C flight, Nancy Lelli. Jeanne Dowden and Patty Saccoccia had chip-ins on hole No. 3, and low putts were recorded by Froehlich and Foldi.
