Crossroads hosting community blood drive July 22 in Toronto
TORONTO -- Crossroads North River Campus will be hosting a community blood drive with the American Red Cross on July 22 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the sanctuary at 207 North River Ave., Toronto.

Vendor, crafter openings
for annual peach festival
WEIRTON -- The members of St. Thomas Episcopal Church on Three Springs Drive are planning their 59th-annual peach festival for Aug. 13 from 10 a.m . to 6 p.m.

Mingo Knights of Columbus
to hold free dinner July 21
MINGO JUNCTION -- The Mingo Knights of Columbus Council 4361 will be holding a free dinner on July 21 at 6 p.m. as a way to express appreciation.
The free dinner is anyone who sold or purchased charity drawing tickets during the spring; for officers of the council; and for those who helped during the fish fry.

WELLSBURG -- The Brooke County Public Library's Recipe Club will meet at noon July 31 and share recipes using garden vegetables.
Everyone is welcome to share recipes and samples of the finished product.
