The William Penn Association held its annual Christmas "Breakfast with Santa" Nov. 19 at Zalenski's Family Eatery in Wintersville. "It was a morning of fun and excitement for members, friends and children," a spokesperson commented. The WPA is the largest Hungarian ethnic cultural heritage organization in America and conducts charitable activities for local communities, this year collecting items and donations for the Jefferson County Animal Shelter. The WPA is a fraternal benefit society founded more than 130 years ago. It is a nonprofit organization providing life insurance and annuities to its members.
