having two-day uniform sale
WEIRTON -- The Weirton Medical Center Auxiliary will be holding a two-day Robert's Uniform sale next week.
The sale will be held in the atrium lobby of Weirton Medical Center from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday.
Face masks are required.
Pancake breakfast fundraiser scheduled Jan. 21 in Weirton
WEIRTON -- The Northern Panhandle Shrine Club will be holding its all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast fundraiser on Jan. 21 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Shiner building located at 1221 Rice Blvd., Weirton.
Breakfast includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage and scrambled eggs. Drinks include coffee, orange juice, hot tea and hot chocolate.
The meal cost is $7 for adults and $4 for children ages 6-12. Children under 6 eat for free.
Valentine's Day party planned at Prime Time Senior Center
STEUBENVILLE -- The Prime Time Senior Center, 300 Lovers Lane, Steubenville, will be hosting a Valentine's Day party on Feb. 14.
Doors open at 11 a.m. with lunch served at 11:30 a.m., according to the January newsletter. The party is free and will include a 50-50 drawing, special guests and surprises. Those planning to attend can register on the sign-up sheet in the lobby, the newsletter notes, or call (740) 314-5197 to make a reservation. "Very limited space" is available.
