The Community Action Agency of Columbiana County's Health, Behavioral Health and Dental Centers' Mobile Unit hit the road again on Thursday and visited St. Anthony's Head Start in Steubenville. More than 20 children were on the schedule to have their teeth cleaned by CAACC Dental Hygienist Britnie Baker. The new mobile unit has been out and about for approximately two months and has been made available to children throughout Columbiana and Jefferson counties for teeth cleanings, as well as served as a site for East Palestine and surrounding community residents to receive health assessments following the train derailment in that village on Feb. 3.
