Steubenville Rotary celebrates its 100th (Plus 2) anniversary
A SPECIAL EVENING — The Rotary Club of Steubenville held its 100th (Plus Two) Anniversary celebration on April 26 at the St. Florian Event Center in Wintersville, marking the milestone of more than a century of “Service Above Self,” the organization’s international motto. Club President Mike Mehalik extended welcoming remarks at the event that included community and club Paul Harris presentations; an historical visitor with Alan Hall assuming the role of club founder Paul Harris; a champagne toast; and the keynote address by Stephanie A. Urchick, who come July 1, 2024, will assume the presidency of Rotary International. Kathy Musso and Ross Gallabrese, immediate past president, served as the anniversary co-chairs.
