The Steubenville Rotary Club held its annual changing of the guard July 19 at the JeffCo Event Center. Installed as officers for the 2023-24 Rotary year were, from left, front, Larae Messer, secretary; Sue Hershey, director; Todd Phillipson, president; and Alan Hall, five-year past president; back, Lorrie Raymond, director; Randy Cottis, treasurer; Mike Mehalik, immediate past president; and Charles Joyce, director. Barry Gullen, Leah Eft and Michael Zinno also are directors. The club meets at noon on the first and third Wednesday of each month at the JeffCo Event Center, and at 7:30 a.m. the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the Eat 'n Park restaurant near the Fort Steuben Mall.
