Supported by a contribution from First Choice America Credit Union, the Weirton Steel 25-Year Club will stage its annual summer picnic for men and women on Saturday at the Serbian Picnic Grounds in Weirton. The grounds are located at 80 Serbian Way. The 25-Year Club has been in existence for more than 75 years. This year's picnic is not only for the employees and retirees of the defunct Weirton Steel Corp./Arcelor Mittal plant with 25 years of service but for active employees of Cleveland Cliffs. Representing the Weirton Steel 25-Year Club are from front left, front, Bill Walters, Brenda Ice, Ron Baker, Perry Duckworth and Dan Kelly; and back, First Choice America board members Robert Mrvos, Scott Winwood, John Thayer, Edward Kennedy and Kenneth Truax. — Contributed
