The Upper Ohio Valley Camera Club announced its August competition winners, with the theme being, "Long Exposure > 1 second." Theme category winners were: Michelle Stevens, left, first place; Dennis Jones, second place; and Deb Snider, third place. Open category winners were: Sharon Slokan, first place, right; Deb Snider, second place; and Michelle Stevens, third place. Special effects category winners were: Michelle Stevens, first place; Deb Snider, second place; and Sharon Slokan, third place. The Upper Ohio Valley Camera Club welcomes anyone who has an interest in photography. Whether using a camera or cell phone, all are welcome to attend meetings. The next scheduled meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Sept. 19 at Two Ridges Presbyterian Church, located at 1085 Canton Road, Wintersville, on the lower level of the social hall.
