First Choice Hospice and its staff expressed appreciation for the generosity of Rich and Toni Heavilin of Hopedale, along with Blackie & Son Paving LLC of Cadiz, for their donation of $2,000. Contributions such as these enable the continued community education of end-of-life care, officials stated. It provides assistance with special supplies and items which hospice patients are not able to afford. And at times, it helps a hospice patient either stay or return home.
