Kellen Marshall received the John Januskiewicz Scholarship from the Polish Athletic Club in Steubenville. Marshall, a 2023 graduate and salutatorian of Steubenville High School, will attend the U.S. Naval Academy. He is the son of Jim and Cerryn Marshall of Steubenville. The scholarship was initiated by John Januskiewicz, a member of the PAC for 66 years who served 42 years as financial secretary. The scholarship is awarded every year at the Polish Night Picnic.
